1. Order Timing:
Retail orders will ship the same business day if placed before the cut-off time of 12:00 PM EST. All orders after 12:00 PM EST will be shipped the following business day. Most orders will be delivered within 3-7 business days in the continental US.Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.
ur business days do not include weekends and major holidays.
Your method of payment will not be charged immediately after checkout. Once your payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. In the case that an item is out of stock, we may cancel your order and not charge you. We accept most major credit cards and PayPal. If your payment was not processed or your card was declined, we may contact you for more information.

Returns are accepted within 5 days of purchase. Return items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging. We cannot accept returns for used socks for hygiene reasons. Please call our office at 855-457-6257 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions on how to return items you ordered. Please do not return an item to us without contacting us first. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the return was not approved and if the returned socks were used or worn.
Due to the volume of products offered on our website there may be incidents where an item can be presented inaccurately or priced incorrectly. We are not responsible for these typographical errors. In the event an order is placed and the listing purchased is inaccurate we reserve the right to correct the listing even after the order was billed. If you choose not to purchase with the corrected information we will refund the order placed in full.
If your order was not shipped accordingly, we will provide the return labels and pay for the return shipping.
